Company Description Adore Homes is one of the biggest and most versatile airbnb based luxurious and unique short stays in the most popular precinct of Mumbai in Bandra. We have 15 unique properties which are theme based, Ranging from Houses made out of concrete to houses made out of Books. We are a youthful company that plans to reach 50 homes by this year end. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for 15 Airbnb's located in Bandra, Mumbai. The Airbnb Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of all the properties, including customer service, budgeting, sales and customer relations. Qualifications Customer service skills Budgeting and financial management Sales and marketing experience Food & beverage management Experience with receptionist duties Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Problem-solving and decision-making abilities Organizational and time management skills Knowledge of the hospitality industry. and trends Experience in hotel management or a related field Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
