We are currently seeking a AWS/Azure Systems Integration Specialist Advisor to join our team in Bangalore, Karn taka (IN-KA), India (IN).
- Expert in AWS/Azure Cloud Administration (including Cloud Storage and Cloud Networking), OS/server administration, patching, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Proficient in operating and troubleshooting AWS services like EC2, networking, RDS, backups, storage (EBS, EFS, S3, Glacier, FSx-Ontap), and security (Well-Architected framework).
- Possesses a strong understanding of networking concepts for configuring secure VPCs, subnets, landing zones, ACLs, and security groups.
- Experience in end-to-end cloud migrations, including strategy, assessment, design, architecture, and execution on AWS.
- Skilled in identifying and migrating suitable applications and workloads, gathering migration requirements, and collaborating with stakeholders.
- Good knowledge of various AWS services like Lambda, SNS, SQS, DynamoDB, OpenSearch, Transfer Family, CloudWatch, EC2, EFS, EKS, Step Functions, ELB, ACM, Directory Services, and networking.
- Hands-on expertise in designing, architecting, deploying, and supporting hybrid cloud environments.
- Up-to-date on emerging technologies like cloud security, container orchestration (ECS, EKS, Kubernetes, Docker Swarm), and configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef, Salt, Puppet).
- Works closely with Site Reliability Engineers to analyse and resolve cloud security issues within production applications.
- Assists in implementing identity and access management solutions (SSO) for systems and applications.
- Configures cloud monitoring with native tools and integrations (ITSM, CloudWatch, New Relic, etc.).
- Strong understanding of PaaS to IaaS migration strategies.
- Adept in scripting (Python) and automation (Terraform experience preferred).
- Skilled in troubleshooting and analysing complex issues, handling P1/P2 calls and escalations.
- Can write technical reports and presentations for external audiences.
- Experience leading customer service transitions.
- Dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Able to provide support to L1/L2/L3 staff.
- Possesses excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Basic Qualifications:
- 12+ years of overall experience
- 10+ years of AWS experience
- 5+ yrs of Azure experience.
- 6+ years of experience working in a diverse cloud support environment in a 24*7 production support model.
- Preferred Certifications:
- AWS SysOps Administrator/Solutions Architect Associate Certifications
- AWS Solutions Architect Professional Certification
- Work Timings:
- Should be willing to work in a rotational shift with a 24x7 support window.
