Job Description
JD:-
- Relevant years of experience in Microsoft Intune or Endpoint Manager administration.
- Strong knowledge of Azure AD, Autopilot, Conditional Access, and device compliance.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and troubleshooting.
- Experience with endpoint management tools like SCCM, JAMF, or other MDM solutions (good to have).
- Understanding of Windows OS internals, registry, services, and application dependencies.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Good-to-Have
- Experience with macOS packaging or JAMF.
- Familiarity with cloud-based PC environments (Azure Virtual Desktop, Cloud PC).
- Exposure to security tools like Defender for Endpoint, BitLocker, or compliance frameworks.
- Industry certifications: MD-102, MS-101, AZ-104, ITIL, or similar.
- ITIL Foundation Certification (preferred)
- Strong leadership and team facilitation abilities
- Excellent time management and task prioritization
- Focused on driving continuous improvement and automation
- Collaborative, transparent, and proactive communicator
- Ability to balance technical depth with business context
- Device enrollment, configuration, and compliance policies.
- Application deployment (Win32, MSI, MSIX, mobile apps).
- Conditional access and security policy enforcement.
- User and group management.
- Integration with Intune for device and app management.
- Conditional Access policies.
