Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Understood complex technical requirements and defined targeted sourcing strategies aligned with client expectations.
Leveraged platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, and internal databases to identify and engage top talent efficiently.
Conducted pre-screening to evaluate candidate skillset, notice period and salary expectations. Scheduled interviews with hiring managers and ensured timely feedback collection and coordination to maintain recruitment momentum.
Managed the entire end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing, screening, scheduling, feedback collection, follow - up until onboarding.
Utilized ATS to track candidate pipelines, manage recruitment metrics, and generate hiring reports for clients.
Maintained a healthy talent pipeline to reduce time-to-fill and ensure readiness for niche and urgent requirements.
Handled multiple open positions simultaneously while maintaining high levels of candidate experience and meeting strict SLA timelines.
Contributed to offer negotiations and candidate engagement, ensuring high offer-tojoin ratio built long term relationships.
Managed documentation and onboarding coordination for selected candidates.
