Job Description

To handle transport legal compliance & EHS process to ensure a safe work operation procedure.

Monthly transport safety committee meeting & vendor meeting how to mitigate all challenges.

Weekly activity like (99.9 fm safety messages broadcasting, EHS surprise transport audit, Fire safety & fighting training for cab, Incident management, briefing & training, Overspeed, Panic & stoppage.

All legal compliance carries out as per SOP, Incident or accident RCA & CAPA, Internal EHS audit, inspection etc.

Daily reports like over-speed, false-panic, stoppage violation monitoring & tracking.

Monthly EHS review meeting, monthly MMR reports, Agenda & challenge basis MOM & all-important deliverables.

Monthly pan India client meeting & quarterly audit-based activity.

Weekly checklist documentation, vendor management.

TPI & KPI reports as per SOPs.

Monthly transport mock drill conducting & EHS review session.

Other assignment to be given as an when required.
