Assistant Safety Manager @ Naukri

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
  
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, policies, and procedures on construction sites.
  
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive safety management system (SMS) for the organization.
  
• Provide training to employees on fire safety, industrial safety, EHS best practices, and other relevant topics.
  
• Collaborate with project teams to develop risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 8-13 years of experience in Adis, Construction Safety, Environment Health Safety (EHS), Fire Safety or Industrial Safety roles.
  
• Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in Civil or Electrical field; NEBOSH certification preferred.
  
• Strong understanding of Indian labor laws related to workplace safety.
