As the E-Commerce Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our online sales and presence. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience in the field. The job is based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India, and is a full-time role. Qualifications And Skills 4 to 6 years of experience in e-commerce management. Strong technical knowledge and understanding of. e-commerce platforms and systems. Proficiency in web design, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Proven track record of driving online sales and improving conversion rates. Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions. Experience in marketing and implementing online marketing campaigns. Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tactics. Familiarity with automation tools and processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Graphic design skills are a plus. Roles And Responsibilities Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive online sales and customer engagement. Manage and optimize the company's e-commerce platforms to ensure a seamless and user-friendly shopping experience. Monitor and analyze website performance, sales metrics, and customer behavior to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies for growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and logistics, to develop and execute online marketing campaigns and promotions. Oversee product listings and content creation, ensuring accurate and compelling product descriptions, images, and pricing. Manage inventory levels and ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Research and stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in e-commerce. Identify and implement opportunities for process automation to increase efficiency and productivity. Monitor competitor activities and propose strategies to maintain a competitive edge. Prepare and present regular reports on e-commerce performance, sales, and customer behavior.
