Post : E-Commerce Executive
Location : Sakinaka, Mumbai
Experience : Minimum 1 year
Qualification : Graduate
Salary : 5 LPA

The E-Commerce Executive Manager will help you in setting up, plan and execute a successful E-Commerce campaign. The professional will assist with any questions related to the E-Commerce Executive and provide expert advice.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Own the seller success charter to drive inputs post selection acquisition.
• Set up, plan, and execute a successful  E Commerce campaign.
• Coordinate with Category/ Account Management and Product team to implement SX improvements.
• Leverage CRM and sales tools to build and review seller and selection pipeline
• Own, review and align leadership inputs on Sales acquisition strategy.
• Pilot new interventions to bring about disruption and a differential Customer/Seller Experience.
• Handling online Platform inventory and coordinating within team to fulfill inventory requirements.
• Developing and implementing new strategies and procedures.

Skills

• Experience in an analytical, results-oriented environment with external customer interactions.
• Proven ability to manage the business by the numbers. Must be metrics-driven.
• Experience devising and communicating administrative and procedural decisions
• Experience in organizing, prioritizing and scheduling work assignments.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience working with e-commerce, SME Retailers, Advertising or media.
• Passion for delivering a positive Customer experience.
• Experience in performing ambiguous tasks without guidance and support.
