Generate High Volume of Loan Leads: Utilize networking skills and market knowledge to generate a substantial number of loan leads through DSA's and connectors.
Monitor High-Ticket Loans: Keep a close eye on high-value loans, ensuring they are progressing smoothly and adhering to company policies and procedures.
Responsible for Loan Repayments: Oversee the repayment process of loans, ensuring timely collections and adherence to repayment schedules.
Tracking of Repayment Collections: Implement a system to track repayment collections efficiently, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Necessary Follow-up for Overdue Accounts: Take proactive measures to follow up on overdue accounts, initiating appropriate actions to recover outstanding payments.
Qualifications:
Minimum Degree: Possess at least a bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Experience in Marketing, Sales, and Loan Generation: Demonstrate a minimum of three years of experience in marketing, sales, and the loan generation process, showcasing a strong understanding of lead generation techniques.
Experience in NBFC Sector: Have a minimum of three years of experience specifically within the Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) sector, with a comprehensive understanding of its operations and regulations.
Willingness to Travel: Be prepared to travel within a 50-kilometer radius to engage with local DSA's, connectors, and potential clients, as necessary, to fulfill job responsibilities effectively.
