• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business goals and objectives within a specific geographic area
• Manage and lead a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders in the healthcare industry
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
• Provide training and coaching to sales representatives on sales techniques, product knowledge, and market trends
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular feedback and performance evaluations to sales representatives
• Collaborate with other functional teams, such as marketing and product development, to ensure that sales and marketing activities are aligned with business goals and objectives
• Strong leadership and networking skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
