Job Description

Lead a team of Sales Officers & Assistant Managers
Expanding coverage by appointing new distributors in the vacant territories
Keep the channel partners motivated to keep increasing the Coverage Width
Ensuring excellent service to the retailers

Required Candidate profile

Graduate(MBA Preferred) with 8-10 years experience into FMCG Distribution
A prior experience in handling an on Rolls team is a must
