Job Description: Head Central Operations and Process Excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing Operations support for Microfinance Vertical being managed the Business
Correspondent channel.
- Ensuring that the entire backend operations for the microfinance business vertical are
happening seamlessly & all the required support is extended to the frontend teams.
- Spearheading the digital transformation journey for the operation support function by
supporting to adapt new digital initiatives in their working.
- Induce digital initiatives by implementing new age digital tools.
- Consolidation & recording of all the data & MIS & presenting it to Management or
concerned stake holders with required analysis.
- Timely coordination of monthly production reporting of branches. This would include
sales referrals, sales volumes, outages, and transaction volumes.
- Provide analysis and trend explanations to help understand the details of the data.
- Continually seeks operational efficiencies by reviewing the processes and procedures.
- Identifies gaps and redundancy & collaborates with other stakeholders to develop
solutions.
- Facilitate the customer onboarding process as per Standard Operating Procedures
(SOPs)
- Leads and manages periodic branch audits to include cash and operational audits.
- Reviews, evaluates, and updates operational SOPs and training documents.
- Monitor the processes followed by branches & ensure consistent procedures are
followed ensuring compliance.
- Managing customer grievances and ensuring that customer queries are responded on
a timely basis.
- Serves as subject matter expert for all the back-office operations (Micro Finance)
Educational qualification
- Any Graduate with PG, MBA or equivalent degree is preferable.
Experience:
Should have overall working experience of around 12 to 15 years with relevant experience of at
least 8+ years in managing backend Operations in Micro Finance Industry.
Required skillset:
- Should have good collaboration skills with bank partners & field teams
- Should be well versed in technology
- Should have excellent team management & leadership skills
- Should have strong presentation skills along with knowledge of the MIS systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Good understanding of field realities in Micro Finance Industry
- Project Management Skills
- Proficient in data analytics along with managing dashboards and digital tools.
