Factory Supervisor/ Incharge - Pune - Vabh @ Vabh Systems

Job Description

• Oversee daily operations on the factory floor to ensure smooth production processes
• Manage and supervise factory staff, including assigning tasks and monitoring performance
• Coordinate production schedules and prioritize workload to meet deadlines
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Monitor inventory levels and order materials as needed to maintain production efficiency
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and machinery to ensure proper functioning
• Production / Manufacturing / Engineering | Operations, Maintenance & Support
• Production /Project Management , Basic English, Auto Cad, Ms Office

Qualification : - Diploma
