Manage, coordinate& implement software upgrades, patches, fixes on servers
Working on CPanel,WHM/Webuzo
Creating and maintaining user accounts
Working on Virtualization Technologies
Candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting of tickets, monitoring the server infrastructure and handling escalated tickets of low to medium complexity
Deliverables will include ticket ownership, response, resolution and update and handle escalated tickets from various levels
Ensure adherence to customer SLAs across all levels
Collaborate with fellow system administrators and support team members
Desired Candidate Profile:
Thorough knowledge of Linux Server Environment.
Experience into web hosting industry preferred.
Outstanding troubleshooting skills.
Ability to multitask and handle pressure.
Excellent communication skills.
Ownership and follow-up skills.
Should be able to perform independently and in teams.
