Perform SAP system administration including installation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP systems -S/4HANA, BW/4 HANA,  SAP Router, Business Objects, Solution Manager, GRC, SDI, OpenText, ICC, Cloud Connectors and Bastion Host

Handle SAP upgrades, support packages, enhancement packs, and kernel updates.

Led system refresh and client copy activities for development and QA systems.

Performed kernel upgrades, support pack stack upgrades, and SAP HANA DB maintenance.

Managed transport landscape and supported change control procedures.

Handled SAP user administration and role maintenance in coordination with SAP Security team.

Provided 24/7 production support and resolved high-priority incidents under tight SLAs.

Collaborated with infrastructure team for system performance tuning and availability optimization.

Manage client copies, system refreshes, and transports

Monitor system performance and tune SAP systems and databases for optimal performance

Perform user and role administration (authorization management)

Troubleshoot system issues and work with functional and technical teams to resolve problems

Manage and support SAP HANA databases, including backups and replication setups

Perform system monitoring using SAP Solution Manager and other monitoring tools

Handle disaster recovery planning and execution
