Job Description

Must-Have

Worked in ITSM, CMDB, Performance Analytics, Now Assist and Integrations . Experienced in Scripting, Flow Designers and Team Management. Good conceptual Knowledge of SNOW platform. Strong understanding of ServiceNow best practices
Proven track record from developing and operating ServiceNow (4+ years)
Experience in working according to agile, scrum or SAFe principles
Experience of working with Integrations, E-bonding is preferred
Experience in Production support of ServiceNow
Strong analytical skills, communication, and presentation skills
Ability to manage customer and stakeholder expectations. Consultancy experience will be advantageous
Have the drive and determination to learn and continuously share your knowledge with others

Good-To-Have

1. Certified Application Developer (CAD) and other ServiceNow Certifications.

2. Understanding on Business Processes and able to understand application design

3. Experience working with Onsite-Offshore model

4. Knowledge of ITIL

5. Experience from working in CI/CD pipelines

6. Good knowledge of JavaScript, AJAX, XML, JSON, CSS and HTML

Experience in Angular JS, jQuery, Node.js and Apache Jell

7. Certified System Admin (CSA)
