Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Verification of customer documentation
To check and verify customers credentials and feed them correctly in database
Proficiency in identifying the fraudulent/fake/forged documents
Being meticulous and accurate when verifying documents and information
Understanding and following proper procedures for verifying information according to the client requirement
To meet Key Performance Indicators and associated Service Level Agreement with best quality results
The verification associates are responsible for ensuring compliance with and executing the entire verification process
Manage daily activities and able to meet deadlines
Maintain high level of Accuracy and productivity
