About the function:
The Holidays SBU encompasses holiday packages, activities, experiences, and visa services. With a deep understanding of Indian consumers' travel preferences, the Holidays team offers a vast range of holiday packages for destinations across the world.
This business caters to various segments of travelers exploring every part of the globe. While the dynamic or customized travel and tour packages offer consumers an option to create and design their own holiday, the fixed departure holiday packages come with a pre-designed itinerary.
About the role:
In this role, the primary focus is on the holiday packages segment of the business. The key objectives include enhancing the post-sale customer experience, improving operational efficiency, and optimizing workflows. Collaboration with various business, technology, and cross-functional stakeholders is essential to enhance Net Promoter Score (NPS) and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) metrics. The role also includes the development of self-serve tools, optimization of the internal CRM, refinement of the supplier extranet, and other strategic initiatives. The role is pivotal in building impactful products and features tailored to customers' needs, with the overarching goal of enhancing overall customer satisfaction and encouraging repeat bookings.
What you're required to bring to the table:
- Passion for data and an exceptional ability to solve complex problems.
- Ability to work in cross-functional environments including working closely with engineering, supply, business management, finance and customer support teams.
- Strong communication skills, problem-solving and stakeholder management are key.
- An ability to go deep in solutioning whether it is user experience, design or technology.
What you'll be doing:
- Conceptualize and build new products & features which are accurate, scalable and impactful.
- Ambitiously think and define product vision and strategy.
- Own product releases by collaborating with technology, design and QA teams.
- Define & own product KPIs for your product.
- Build strong product insights through consistent customer engagement, market research and contribute to product vision.
- Evaluate market competition and position the product line to appeal to the user.
- Constantly analyze product performance post-launch and iterate on the same to keep improving the product experience.
Qualification & Experience:
B.tech or MBA graduates from reputable institutes with 6 to 8 years of experience in a product management role within a consumer-facing, technology-enabled business/product in the e-commerce industry.
