Job Description
- Candidate must possess relevant 3 to 5 years hands on experience in RPA tools (preferably UI Path or Automation Anywhere).
- Strong programming skills in .NET, VB.NET, C#, or Python.
- Experience in REST/SOAP APIs, SQL, JSON/XML, and Web Services.
- Familiarity with RPA orchestration tools (e.g., UiPath Orchestrator).
- Experience in bot lifecycle management, version control (e.g., Git), and CI/CD.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, agile methodologies, and documentation standards.
- Analyze business processes, identify automation opportunities, and assess feasibility.
- Design and develop RPA workflows using tools like UiPath / Automation Anywhere / Blue Prism.
- Lead end-to-end automation delivery including development, testing, deployment, and support.
- Create reusable components, libraries, and frameworks to accelerate automation development.
- Integrate RPA with various enterprise applications (SAP, CRM, APIs, databases, etc.).
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Process Owners, and QA teams for requirement gathering and UAT.
- Provide technical mentorship and code reviews for junior developers.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in RPA development, security, exception handling, and documentation.
- Troubleshoot production issues and support bot maintenance activities.
- Contribute to RPA governance, standards, and process improvements.
Certifications.
- UiPath/Automation Anywhere Advanced Developer Certification.
- Experience with OCR technologies (e.g., ABBYY, Tesseract).
- Exposure to AI/ML model integration with RPA.
- Prior experience in managing a team or leading RPA projects.
- Experience with cloud-hosted RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath Automation Cloud, AA A2019 Cloud).
