Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and provide technical support for GVC systems across branches.
• Perform troubleshooting and preventive maintenance for GVC-related issues.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for seamless project execution and system deployment.
• Support RPA (Robotic Process Automation) projects, including requirement gathering, testing, and implementation.
• Collaborate with process owners to identify automation opportunities and develop RPA bots.
• Monitor, maintain, and optimize RPA bots to ensure smooth operation.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, reports, and user manuals for GVC and RPA systems.
