IT Assistant - POS @ DMart

Job Description

Role & responsibilities

The role holder will be responsible for store visits, conducting IT Audit as per checklist and ensure 100% working of POS in all stores.

Responsibility will include ensuring hygiene of POS areas like proper tagging of cables, dust free counters, etc. Will be responsible for training the Ops team on IT related basic topics. Ensure smooth roll out & implementation of new initiatives at stores. Check Antivirus software upgrade, patches, Back office systems, etc. and co-ordinate with the store team & IT HO for resolving issues. Ensure quick checkout by ensuring proper working of systems and speed. Will be required to travel to PAN India stores and be comfortable to work in any shift.

Who can apply :

Should be interested in the IT field and willing to work in any shift (in a 24 hour time span). Job will require travelling for IT Audit, hence candidates should be interested in travelling.

Skills Required:

Job Timings : 9.5 hrs shift, Rotational and Night shifts.

Based on Third Party Payroll.
