- Overview: We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Software Tester Intern eager to learn and grow in the field of Software Testing and Quality Assurance (QA). The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience with real-world projects and a solid foundation in QA processes and methodologies. Who We're Looking For: Motivated Learner: Eager to develop skills in software testing and QA. Basic Understanding: Familiarity with software testing concepts, methodologies, and tools is a plus. Analytical Thinker: Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Responsibilities Assist in designing and executing test cases for Web, Mobile, and API applications. Identify, document, and track software defects. Collaborate with developers and QA team to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle. Learn and apply industry best practices in Manual and Automation Testing. Participate in regular team reviews, providing insights and suggestions for process improvements. Analyze and report test results to the QA lead. Qualifications Basic Knowledge: Understanding of SDLC, STLC, and defect lifecycle. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze requirements and identify test scenarios. Eager to Learn: Willingness to learn automation tools like Selenium (optional but preferred). Good Communication: Ability to document and report findings effectively. Education: Open to any graduate, final-year student, or enthusiastic individual eager to kick-start their career in the IT industry.
