Job Description
- We are seeking a Senior HR professional with 8+ years of experience who will primarily undertake a people front-ending role.
- This position involves managing employee communication, handling employee grievances, and driving employee engagement, all while ensuring the workplace remains fun and full of good vibes.
- She will act as the main point of contact for employees and managers, serving as a trusted advisor on People & Culture-related matters. She will provide consultation on daily employee issues and performance management, including coaching, counselling, career development, and disciplinary actions.
- Additionally will also prepare and organize employee events to support and enhance the company culture.
- This role also includes coaching managers on effective performance management to boost productivity and employee development.
- Will partner with leaders to drive People-related initiatives and offer guidance on employee development, performance management, and career & succession planning
