Job Description

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for a seasoned Sales & Business Development Director with deep expertise in the IT and ERP industry to spearhead our growth initiatives across the Latin America (LATAM) region. Based in Mexico, this role will focus on expanding our footprint through strategic account management, new business development, and partner ecosystem growth. The ideal candidate brings a strong track record in enterprise technology sales, specifically in ERP solutions, and a deep understanding of the LATAM market landscape.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Regional Sales Leadership: Define and execute the sales and business development strategy for LATAM, with a strong focus on enterprise IT/ERP solutions.
  • b: Manage and grow key existing accounts, ensuring successful long-term relationships and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • New Business Development: Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across the region, targeting medium and large enterprises.
  • Partner Network Expansion: Develop and manage a scalable channel and partner ecosystem to extend market reach and support client delivery.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor regional technology trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to drive innovation and strategic advantage.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, marketing, delivery, and support teams.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Good presentation and communication skills. Should be good at Spanish and Portuguese languages.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in sales, business development, and account management in the IT / ERP industry.
  • Proven track record of driving multimillion-dollar enterprise deals and growing strategic accounts in LATAM region.
  • Deep knowledge of enterprise software sales cycles, value-based selling, and consultative sales approaches.
  • Strong understanding of LATAM business culture, with fluency in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus.
  • Experience building and managing partner/channel networks and relationships.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel across LATAM as needed
  • Candidate should be from Mexico or should have Mexican VISA.
