1. Lead and mentor a team of Executives

3. Expand our network across Tier 1 & Tier 2 cities
4. Execute city-wise growth strategies and ensure target achievement
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless onboarding

Must Have

1. Proven experience in Sales Leadership / B2B Partnerships
2. Strong track record of achieving targets through team performance
3. Excellent negotiation, coaching, and team handling skills
4. Willingness to travel extensively
