Manages overall personnel, performance, daily operations & team discipline. Level 2 and Level 3 Support for problems identified with systems and networks Participate in after-hours upgrades, troubleshooting, and/or on-call availability as needed
Required Candidate profile
Must have at least 5 years of experience working in Managed IT Services environment Certifications like MCSA/MCITP/CCNA/Azure & Office365 will be preferred ITIL V3 or V4 certification is a must
