Job Description
- As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing the product development lifecycle and ensuring the success of our AI-powered marketing solutions for small businesses.
- You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, and marketing, to identify market needs, develop product strategies, and drive execution to bring innovative solutions to market.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute product strategies that align with the company's overall vision and goals.
- Conduct market research, analyze customer feedback and market trends, and use data to inform product decisions.
- Define product requirements, create product roadmaps, and prioritize features based on customer needs and business goals.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, and marketing, to drive product development and delivery.
- Define and analyze key performance metrics to track product performance and inform product decisions.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies and ensure successful product launches.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and ensure that all teams are aligned and executing effectively.
Qualifications :
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field from a leading Institute is a must. (IIM/ISB/SPJ/FMS/MDI/XLRI only)
- 1+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of delivering successful products in a startup or technology environment.
- Strong technical skills, with the ability to work closely with engineering teams to understand and solve technical challenges.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and product development best practices.
- Experience working with AI and machine learning technologies is a plus.
- Passion for entrepreneurship and startup culture, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
