Role Responsibilities: Create a proactive risk and control culture that leverages proven evaluation strategies and sound change management protocols Develop effective presentations & program update material suitable for stakeholders & business partners and communicate overall program progress and recommendations/decisions Manage Compliance and Operational Risk Evaluation (CORE) Program deliverables Perform oversight of data integrity of information in CORE through data analytics and partnership with Control Managers. throughout CB. Review and analyze program related data (e.g., KRI/KPI) to support business-related programs, strategies, and areas of focus. Manage risk assessment deliverables, such as Compliance Risk Assessment, Operational Risk Summary, Qualitative Operational Risk Assessment, and Legal Entity Risk Assessment, to support business requirements Engage with control colleagues across the firm, business, operations management, legal, compliance, risk, audit, regulators and technology control functions Qualifications: Bachelors degree or equivalent experience 6-9 years of experience in financial services industry with background in controls, audit, quality assurance, operational risk management, or compliance preferred; or equivalent subject matter expertise in a relevant business related function/operation Strong program management skills and execution of project plans Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Must be highly disciplined, a self-starter, and have the ability to execute on assignments independently. Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure to meet deadlines Ability to influence key stakeholders, decision makers and colleagues as required to ensure project goals are met Strong analytical, organizational and prioritization skills Preferred Qualifications: Proven track record of control expertise Proficient with advanced analytics automation tools (Alteryx, Tableau) Desire to drive process improvement Excellent oral and written communication skills
