About KP Singh Scholarship Programme Our vision is to identify, nurture, and empower the next generation of leaders who will shape a better world through their innovation, creativity, and commitment. The programme will support shortlisted students to pursue courses at top-tier Indian institutions, which offer high-quality undergraduate / post-graduate programmes. Scholars will receive financial assistance and benefit from professional & leadership development opportunities. Program Manager . Scholarships" will be an integral part of our project delivery team and will own the KP Singh Scholarship Programme end-to-end. Apart from this, they will also get to work with our board of trustees and senior leadership to conceptualise other initiatives of the foundation. Key Responsibilities As part of this role, you will wear two hats one as lead of the scholarship programme and another as part of the strategy team at the CEOs office. An indicative list of responsibilities is attached below Scholarships (70 %-time commitment) Program Development: Develop scholarship program goals, eligibility criteria, and selection criteria. Establish partnerships with select educational institutions to implement the programme. Implementation and Administration: Manage the application process, including outreach, promotion, and applicant support. Coordinate the selection process, working with committees or partners to ensure fair and transparent evaluations. Oversee the disbursement of scholarship funds and ensure compliance with financial regulations. Identify and undertake professional development activities for the scholars. Prepare, manage, and implement the annual calendar of events. Act as the primary PoC for the program activities and coordination. Communication and Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with scholarship recipients and educational institutions. Identify and set up the selection committee for the application process. Onboard industry experts as mentors for the scholars. Organize events, workshops, or orientations to enhance scholar engagement. Act as a liaison between the organization and educational institutions, community organizations, and other partners. Establish social media presence and press coverage of the programme activities. Monitoring and Evaluation: Implement monitoring and evaluation systems to assess the impact and effectiveness of scholarship programs. Analyse data and prepare regular reports for internal and external stakeholders. Identify areas for improvement and implement adjustments to enhance program outcomes. Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of scholarship recipients, funds disbursed, and program outcomes. Establish SOPs, guidelines, and processes to streamline program activities. Develop and maintain program budgets and financial reports. Strategy team, CEOs office (30 %-time commitment) Support the leadership team with research, planning, and design of projects across sectors. Recommend appropriate implementation approach for priority projects, by engaging in secondary research, speaking with experts, and synthesizing data from multiple sources. Prepare thought-provoking pieces for the board of trustees to facilitate informed choices. Collaborate with other team members to assist in the designing, planning, and execution of projects across sectors. Support organization-building activities like recruitment, internal initiatives, etc. Participate in brainstorming sessions and strategy discussions to contribute fresh perspectives and innovative ideas. Assist with ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed to support the foundation's evolving needs. Required Qualifications, Skills, and Abilities Undergraduate or master's degrees from top-tier institutions - no preference for a particular major or specialization 2-5 years of work experience in challenging/high-growth environments. Experience in Education/Operations roles will be given preference. Alumni of programmes like Teach for India are highly encouraged to apply. Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills A high degree of attention to detail, accuracy, and deadline Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple stakeholder environments High level of flexibility and responsiveness with the ability to shift priorities quickly and as organizational demands require High level of discretion in maintaining confidentiality of sensitive materials and issues
