Job Description

What You Will Do In this role you will be responsible to program lead APAC. You will work with the P&Ls to drive improvement through performance management (KPIs, key financial metrics & trends), project analytics review & actions. You will coordinate the consolidation of data and support countries to drive MOR actions & opportunities. As you identify improvement opportunities you will partner P&Ls and APAC team to develop & deploy processes & capability as needed. How You Will Do It Project Excellence Program GM Slippage To identify the root causes contributing to the Slippages across APAC in various LOBs Work with Project Delivery Leaders to provide mitigation actions to prevent slip Track, monitor and report Slippage and trend, mitigation effectiveness across APAC Backlog Acceleration To identify Opportunities for improving Backlog Acceleration across APAC in various LOBs through use of PPM & Project Portfolio report (PPR) to improve on Revenue & GM. Work with. Project Delivery Leaders to understand risk preventing Projects from progressing and direct team to escalate to management for support as required Track, monitor and report Turn Rate and trend, mitigation effectiveness across APAC Project Closure To identify Opportunities for timely Project Closures across APAC in various LOBs Unbilled Revenue (UBR) & Accounts Receivables (AR) To identify top UBR across APAC in various LOBs through use of PPR & dashboards. Work with Project Delivery Leaders on mitigation action plan to reduce UBR. Capture any risk arising or preventing UBR reduction, direct team to escalate to management for support as required Track, monitor and report on UBR and trend, mitigation effectiveness across APAC To support and problem solve on AR issues with country as required. Risk & Opportunity Management To report on overall Portfolio of Risk & Opportunities across APAC Highlight top Risk & Opportunities with probability, its consideration within Finance outlook, its impact against Revenue & GM, on which period Toll gate management to drive execution as planned What Are We Looking For Engineering (Instrumentation/ Electricals ) MBA will be an added advantage High level of program /portfolio management experience of 10 years and working within complex environments is preferred, Strong analytical skill and fluency in analytical tools to handle data for all project financials Strong understanding of construction management methodology & principles Strong stakeholder engagement and management skills in Building / Industrail automation A high level of organisational and time management skills An ability to work effectively as part of a team or independently An ability to be flexible to adapt to ever changing environments Tertiary or post trade qualifications in Project Management or engineering or a related discipline or demonstrate equivalent level of experience (preferred) Demonstrated ability to lead and influence others Be able to adapt, develop through digital transformation. Competent computer skills in MS Word, Excel, Project, Visio
