We're Hiring: Demand Manager Corporate Sales (National Sales)

Location: Varanasi & Delhi
Industry Preference: Travel & Hotels
Salary: Up to 8.5 LPA
Experience Required: 27 Years (Corporate & Enterprise Sales Experience)


About the Role:

We are looking for highly driven professionals for the role of Demand Manager Corporate Sales to join our National Sales team. The role involves working in a field capacity (Monday to Saturday) and requires extensive on-ground client acquisition and relationship management, especially in the corporate and enterprise segments.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive offline B2B sales by cold calling, prospecting, and meeting potential clients/corporates.
  • Onboard and manage channel partners, building a strong referral network.
  • Understand client needs and offer tailored hospitality solutions from OYOs portfolio.
  • Own the entire sales lifecycle from lead generation, onboarding, closure to client retention.
  • Maintain sales trackers and ensure timely collection of payments and account receivables.
  • Conduct regular market and competitor research to identify new demand channels.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Month-on-month occupancy growth (URN)
  • Active engagement & pulsing of corporate accounts
  • Revenue generation against defined targets

What Were Looking For:

  • 27 years of experience in corporate or enterprise B2B sales
  • Background in the hospitality, travel, or allied industries preferred
  • Strong networking, negotiation, and analytical skills
  • Proven ability in stakeholder management and data-driven selling
  • Field readiness and willingness to travel daily (MonSat)
