Job Description

: As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth strategy by identifying new business opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and expanding our market presence (Healthcare Industry) You will lead a team of Sales and business development professionals and collaborate closely with other departments to ensure alignment with the company's overall objectives. Experience 9+ Years (Healthcare Industry Preferred) Responsibilities: Lead the Sales and Business Development team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including strategic partnerships, alliances, and market expansion initiatives. Develop and execute. comprehensive Sales and business development strategies to achieve revenue targets and long-term growth objectives. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including potential clients, partners, and industry influencers. Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, market opportunities, and competitive threats. Collaborate with the Sales and marketing team to develop targeted marketing campaigns and promotional activities to support business development efforts. Negotiate and finalize agreements, contracts, and partnerships that align with the company's strategic goals and objectives. Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior members of a Sales and business development team. Prepare and present regular reports and updates on business development activities, progress, and achievements to senior management. Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in hospitals, clinics, pharmaceutical companies, and other healthcare organizations PAN India. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management or related field; MBA preferred. Proven experience as a Business Development Manager in the healthcare industry, with a strong understanding of healthcare services and market dynamics. Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve ambitious targets and objectives. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-driven mindset, capable of identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities. Demonstrated negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and secure partnerships that drive value for the company.
