Job Description

The Flyfin consultancy Private limited is seeking to add a Senior business development manager with specific focus on generation of leads and client dealing etc. The ideal candidate has extensive experience and can act as a subject matter expert in customer relationship management (CRM) and execution of projects on front end. The manager must balance strong written and verbal communication skills with presentation skills, system expertise and best financial practices. As key member of the dedicated CRM, the Senior Business development manager will have the following responsibilities: Identify the prospective corporates and understand their requirement in field of finance, funding, analytical, automation projects, various registrations, Taxation and Business processes consulting etc. Employ a variety of approaches to collecting and documenting business and functional requirements. Such techniques may include, but not limited to, leading workshops, sharing analysis and. performing stakeholder analysis. Presentation to top management of corporates as per requirement and follow ups in relation to respective lead. Build and maintain relationships with corporates and promotors and understanding business requirements, business processes, functional requirements, cross-functional needs, and system capabilities. Coordinating with clients and operational team regularly with technical requirement on functional part as well as presentation to client when needed. Act as a resource for colleagues with less experience, support operation team with planning, execution and management of project deliverables and risks. Work closely with director of companies and may perform functional according to direction of promoters of company. REQUIREMENTS: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in business development for service industry 2+ years of global CRM experience, including understanding of the following processes: marketing, lead generation and management, accounts, contacts, opportunity management, territory management, forecasting etc. Strong understanding of team capabilities, best practices and limitations and the ability to clearly communicate those to promoters and clients. Strong organizational, interpersonal and analytical skills with attention to detail Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Capable of relaying technical information to Business Stakeholders and business information to operational teams.
