Job Description

: We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, especially in Healthcare, Finance, Real Estate, and EdTech industry sales, particularly in selling services through LinkedIn, and a proven track record of acquiring new clients, managing upselling, and cross-selling opportunities. Responsibilities: Identify and target potential clients through strategic use of LinkedIn and other platforms. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or. exceed sales targets. Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and trends. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling sales materials and campaigns. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients. Negotiate and close sales agreements with prospective clients. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales activities and performance. Requirements: Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment. Strong understanding of LinkedIn and other social media platforms for business development purposes. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Highly motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
