As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of professionals in the hospital staff recruitment services department. This is a full-time position based in Kalyan, Maharashtra, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role. Qualifications And Skills Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role. Excellent communication and. interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload. Proficient in using recruitment software and other relevant tools. Knowledge of the healthcare industry and understanding of the recruitment process. Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to motivate and inspire team members. Roles And Responsibilities Manage and lead a team of recruitment professionals. Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain top talent in the healthcare industry. Oversee the full cycle of recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates. Establish strong relationships with hospitals and healthcare organizations to understand their staffing needs. Provide guidance and support to team members, including performance evaluations and professional development. Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures. Collaborate with other departments to optimize recruitment processes and enhance overall efficiency. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate and client interactions. Contribute to the growth and success of the hospital staff recruitment services department
