This role involves delivering exceptional customer support, managing client interactions, and ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams and clients. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-first mindset.
Manage client interactions through calls, emails, and chats in a professional and timely manner.
Address client inquiries, concerns, and service requests accurately.
Maintain and update client records in internal systems.
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve client issues efficiently.
Ensure adherence to company policies and service quality standards.
Provide regular reports and feedback to the management team.
Education: Graduate in any discipline.
Experience Levels: Freshers to 3+ years of experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong multitasking and pressure-handling ability.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and customer support tools.
Experience in healthcare BPO or customer service is an added advantage.
Shift 1: 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM (Drop facility available only)
Shift 2: 8:30 PM to 5:30 AM (Pick-and-drop facility provided)
