    Required: International Sales Executive (Inbound Sales)

    Type: Full-Time  Immediate Joiner

    Working Days: 5 Days a Week (Rotational Week Offs)

    Shift: US Shift

    Age Limit: Up to 30 Years

    Job Description:

    We are urgently hiring International Sales Executives with exceptional English communication skills and a minimum of 1 year of experience in International (preferably US) Sales.

    This is a voice-based inbound sales role in the telecom domain, where the ability to speak fluently and confidently in English is the **top priority.

      Language (English- Proficiency Requirement (MANDATORY):

    * Must be able to speak fluent English on any general topic for at least 2 minutes without hesitation.
    * Clear pronunciation, strong grammar, and natural flow of conversation are mandatory.
    * Candidates with average or below-average spoken English will not be considered.
    * Should have Sales knowledge.

    Key Responsibilities:

    * Handle inbound calls from US-based customers.
    * Convert leads into sales through effective communication and persuasion.
    * Build rapport and close telecom product/service deals confidently.
    * Work in line with multiple telecom processes based on skills and project allocation.

    Ideal Candidate Profile:

    * Outstanding spoken English communication skills.
    * Strong sales aptitude with the ability to convince and convert.
    * Positive attitude, high energy, and willingness to learn.
    * Long-term mindset with career growth goals.
    * Problem-solving ability and quick thinking under pressure.

    Do NOT Apply If:

    * You have experience only in tech support, scam processes, or UAE outbound calling
    * You struggle with English fluency or confidence during conversations.

    Interview Process:

    1. Telephonic Round or Google Meet if required
    2. Face-to-Face Rounds 
    3. Video interview and final Selection 
    4. Documents and Successfully Joining
