Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Duty Manager at Sayaji Hotels Ltd located in Indore. The Duty Manager will be responsible for overseeing all departments and ensuring the smooth running of the hotel. The role involves managing staff, resolving customer complaints, ensuring compliance with regulations and procedures, and maintaining financial records. The Duty Manager will also be responsible for organizing and coordinating events, as well as maximizing revenue and occupancy rates. Qualifications Excellent. leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Experience in managing staff and customer complaints Knowledge of hotel operations, regulations, and procedures Understanding of financial records, budgets, and revenue management Experience in organizing and coordinating events Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
