The Team Leader will oversee the daily operations of the real estate team, including managing and developing team members, brokerage activities, commercial real estate deals, and nurturing client relationships to drive growth and revenue. Qualifications Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Experience in commercial real estate and brokerage Proven track record of successful team management and leadership Strong business acumen and critical thinking skills Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate or related field Experience in the Indian real estate market is a plus Candidates should possess a combination of strong leadership skills, experience in. commercial real estate and brokerage, and excellent communication skills. They should also have a proven track record of successfully managing and leading teams.
