Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Kalyan Dombivli for a Recruiter who will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting qualified individuals for open positions within the company. This role will involve collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, developing and implementing recruitment strategies, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. The Recruiter will also be. responsible for maintaining accurate and timely candidate records and providing regular updates to management. Qualifications Experience in recruiting, preferably in the engineering or manufacturing industry Understanding of full-cycle recruiting processes and techniques Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field Professional certification in HR or recruitment is a plus Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations
