Job Overview Recruiter position at ANI Integrated Services Ltd. in Vadodara, Gujarat, India. This is a great opportunity for a fresher with less than 1 year of experience in recruitment. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for conducting executive searches, shortlisting CVs, and coordinating with clients. You will also be involved in job portal searches and job postings. Qualifications And Skills Strong knowledge and understanding of recruitment processes Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a. fast-paced environment Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Proficiency in using job portals and recruitment software Familiarity with candidate sourcing techniques Ability to coordinate with clients and build positive relationships Good problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Roles And Responsibilities Conduct executive searches to identify potential candidates for various positions Shortlist CVs based on job requirements and conduct initial screening interviews Coordinate with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide suitable candidate recommendations Utilize job portals and other sources to search for potential candidates Post job advertisements on relevant platforms Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the recruitment database Assist in coordinating interviews and assessments Provide general administrative support to the recruitment team Job location will be Vadodara Gujrat salary range up to 20000/- maximum
