Role: Technical Head (Civil Engineering) Location: Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India Key Responsibilities: Oversee building construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines Handle multiple construction projects simultaneously, managing project schedules, billing, and material management effectively Provide technical expertise and guidance on civil engineering drawings and designs Lead a team of 30 engineers, fostering collaboration and ensuring project deliverables are met Report directly to the leadership team, providing regular updates and insights on project progress and challenges Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, with a post-graduation in any stream of Civil Engineering. Minimum 15+ years of experience in managing building construction projects Strong understanding of project handling, scheduling, billing, and material management Proficient in understanding civil engineering drawings and. designs. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate a team.
