Job Description

: This role entails regulatory data analytics utilizing data from various geographies. The primary responsibilities include: Lead a highly-skilled, multi-disciplinary team comprising data, analytics, technology, and delivery professionals to provide advanced data and analytics solutions. Act as Scrum Master to facilitate teams in delivering business use cases on a global scale and deploying them locally. Collaborate closely with data, analytics, and technology teams across the organization to shape solution designs meeting business needs and aligning with broader strategic Data & Analytics objectives. Work directly with stakeholders across multiple geographies including technical discipline leads, data scientists, data engineers, and data. analysts to estimate delivery accurately and manage the transition from analysis to successful delivery. Define Agile project working approach and ensure adherence to the methodology by all team members. Ensure involvement and support from key stakeholders by fostering strong pod teams and maintaining robust communications on project status throughout its lifecycle. Identify, manage, and remove project blockers, ensuring risks and issues are closely monitored. Make crucial decisions to ensure the successful implementation of all initiatives. Support delivery production line including definition, implementation, and testing to ensure deliverables meet business requirements and quality standards. Drive all stakeholders towards on-time delivery and meeting required quality standards. Develop cross-team delivery plans representing achievable commitments based on resource capacity and consideration of internal and external dependencies. Lead and collaborate closely with all teams, including virtual teams based in non-UK locations, fostering a culture of transparency and collaboration. Demonstrate a continual desire to implement strategic or optimal solutions, avoiding workarounds or short-term tactical solutions whenever possible. Work with stakeholders to mitigate negative customer and business impacts. Understand changes in the wider context of supported business lines/areas and the impact of the program, including Regulatory and Global Standards projects. Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure robust communication and escalation mechanisms across the project portfolio. Strong self-starter with robust change delivery skills, thriving in the challenge of delivering change within tight deadlines
