A qualified candidate who's rich experience with distinguished success in managing & leading team for managing end-to-end planning, execution & delivery of projects. Comprehensive experience in directing and completing of Commercial Building Projects, IT Parks, Office Building. Successfully managed and handover most of the projects executed from start to handover to operations or direct to clients. Expertise in planning, scheduling, budgeting, monitoring, and controlling of the projects. Insightful knowledge of techno-commercial functions such as tendering, contract management, estimation, and costing. Flexible & adaptable individual with strong interpersonal, analytical, planning, troubleshooting and team building skills.
