NO CONSULTANTS /NO WFH (At least read before apply for this serious profile) A CA with Fud raise exp is pref . we can grow together despite of this tough market. 1) Can handle Fund raise- Prior exp in this is pref 2) Bookkeeping & accounting 3) Compliances with NPCI 4) Financial planning and keeping P&L 5) Data Analysis - Setting up of Monthly revenue targets These are the 5 main work we are hiring for Finance head for our Fintech startup with 8 to 10 years of work exp in the following areas Roles and Responsibilities : Basic idea is to have a person who would make sure that company is cash flow POSITIVE , Not Burning money and can work on ROI targets + with the equity fund rise. we are launching our UPI app and need to have a visionary who will set financial standards. - Provide vision and leadership for all aspects of the finance function including the Company's financing arrangements. - Manage the finance function across revenue assurance, general accounting, FP&A. banking, direct & indirect taxation and MIS. - Ensure that tax and regulatory payments, returns and filing are up to date and compliant. - Budgeting - lead and report the budgeting process, business planning. - Identify and implement best practices to make the Company, financial processes and internal controls more efficient and effective. - Prepare reports as required for Audit Committee, Executive Committee and Board meetings; prepare quarterly consolidated accounts; ensured compliance of financials with IAS/IFRS accounting standards The Ideal Candidate : - The incumbent will set standards of strong and ethical financial organization. Experience : - 8 - 10 years, preferably from regulated Financial Service organizations Location Vasant Vihar, New Delhi 5 days work , Salary Rs 10/15 lacs till Fund raise - After Fund raise - Hike + Rs 5 lacs or A car as Bonus So salary is Rs 15 lacs where you would be getting regular monthly in 10 lacs and if in 3 months time, your performance is great, you will get Rs 5 lacs together as one time. You can take a car or Rs 5 lacs whatever Growth will be to become CFO at later stage
