Qualifications And Skills Master's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred. 7-10 years of experience in finance or accounting roles Strong understanding of financial principles and practices Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Proficient in financial management software and MS Excel Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance Ability to communicate. complex financial information to non-finance stakeholders. Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
