Experience:

Experienced (max 2 years) with a background in Customer Service

Freshers from a Hospitality/Service Industry background or tier 1-2 colleges of good universities

Communication:

Proficient in English & Hindi

Good typing skills of a minimum of 60 words/ minute with 95% accuracy

Personality (Evident in spoken & written interaction)

Spoken - Pleasant demeanor (warm, respectful tone, modulated speed, easy to understand)

Written - Uses polite words, is not overtly casual, gives relevant responses
