Job Title: Deputy Manager Business Development (CAT Exams) Location: Vadodara Job Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities: Develop robust relationships within the Parul University Campus community with a specific focus on promotional programs tailored to meet the educational needs related to CAT Exams. Devise and execute strategies to enhance the visibility of CAT Exam-related programs within the campus. Organize engaging activities such as workshops, seminars, and webinars to increase awareness and interest among students. Create awareness amongst academic departments and collaborate closely with them to promote CAT Exam preparation and ensuring seamless alignment. Identify and establish partnerships with student clubs and organizations to amplify promotional efforts related to CAT Exam programs. Implement targeted promotional campaigns within the campus through various channels, including digital platforms, posters, and campus-wide announcements. Monitor. and analyse the effectiveness of promotional activities, making necessary adjustments to optimize engagement and participation. Qualifications and Experience: Master / Bachelor in Business, Marketing, or a related field with 2-8 years of experience. MBA is a plus. Proven experience in campus promotions, student engagement, or related roles, preferably within the context of educational programs related to CAT Exams. Strong understanding of the education sector, particularly in the field of CAT Exam preparation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Innovative mind-set with the ability to conceptualize and implement creative promotional activities. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
