The role primarily involves assisting the store manager in various tasks such as managing inventory, monitoring revenue, and scheduling shifts. The Assistant Manager will also be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and motivating the store team to achieve sales goals. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years experience in a retail or customer service role, leadership experience preferred Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with a team to achieve goals Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field Ability to speak local language preferred
