We are hiring for Service Manager.

Experience: 9-16 years

CTC: hike on churner salary

Location: North & West

Revenue Generation:

• Develop and oversee the regional service department budget, with a focus on achieving revenue targets from AMCs, spare parts, and accessories.
• Monitor and control expenses related to equipment repairs, maintenance, and spare parts.

Inventory Management:

• Supervise and control inventory management for spare parts and accessories across the region.
• Implement strategies to optimize inventory levels, reorder points, and timely replenishment.

Technical Oversight:

• Lead and manage a team of service technicians responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of kitchen equipment across the region.
• Ensure that all technical operations meet and exceed performance standards.
• To manage service operations which calls for:-
• Meeting Annual Business plan as laid out.
• Meet Resolution Time Standards of complaints on year to year basis.
• Meet customer satisfaction index.
• Build relationship with major clients.
• Perform role of trainer and motivate his team for high productivity standards.
• Lead from the front as and when required.
• Know your products.
